Brian is an experienced litigator in state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York. He has represented clients in many legal venues in New Jersey, including the Office of Administrative Law, Superior Court, Appellate Division, US District Court, US Bankruptcy Court, as well as the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Brian also has experience counseling public and private entities.  Brian began working as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey representing the Department of State and the Department of Community Affairs. He has also successfully represented some of the region's largest companies and insurers in a variety of legal matters.
